I've created what I hope could be a useful tool for the Soviet players. With a lot of thanks to Walloc's evacuation guide (and his math formulas which I hope I have correct).

In the attached spreadsheet - both XLS and XLSX format - just modify the blue cells. Enter in the total size of the factory, the number of points you want to evacuate and the start date of the factory's production (if 2/1943 use 2/1/1943). It will then calculate the damage and the turns it needs until it is fully repaired and will tell you a move by date so you can have it moved it time for it to be fully repaired.

The directions are also in the spreadsheet.

Hope this is useful and if there are any errors please let me know so I can correct them.

EDIT: there is a newer version below which allows the distinction between factories IN production and those NOT in production.

This also lets you distinguish between factories NOT IN production and ones ALREADY in production.
