newbie looking for seasoned player to do a PBEM

Hello all,
just bought this game and I would very much like to play a PBEM session against a more seasoned player who is willing to do some explanation on his part (how, why, why not, etc.) because I feel that this is the fastest way to learn the 'ins and outs' of the game (I am too restless to read the manual)
I live in Europe (but other than that I am a real nice guy! heehee!!)
