How does TOH Compare to Advanced Squad Leader?

Looks like it graphicly
The number of unit types is similar from what I recall (still got ASL in the closet somewhere)

Tigers on the Hunt is inspired by ASL...similar turn sequence, fire and movement mechanism etc.
