Vic, I have set the casualty divider to 55. Polish losses are now at 400,000 men and the Baltic Entente has gained 72 points from this and they need 59 to have a major victory. My question is this, should I set it higher to say 100 or lower than 55 or somewhere in between

It depends how heavy you want casualties to influence the VP score. The higher you put the divider the less VP casualties will generate.
