I am new to Command

I have just installed the game & the Northern Inferno this week. I am familiar with Harpoon. My question is, is the old harpoon scenario's compatible/ can I use them with Command? If I cannot, where/ how can I get more

No they're not compatible I'm afraid.
There are heaps of user created scenarios in the community pack (see stickier post in this forum)

No.... But there are many Cold War scenarios that will look familiar… Command is far more versatile and a much better game… Enjoy.....
