Can ToH be played in a window?

Can ToH be played in a window?
I have set the config so:
Windowed = yes
SizeX = 1600
SizeY = 900
but it is not in a resizable window. [:(] What is it that I'm wronging ?

Thanks for the quick response, but can you reduce it to an icon or move the window with the mouse?

If you're in windowed mode you need to use the arrow keys to scroll the map. However arrow keys are also tied to whatever tree view content is displayed currently. This means that it's impossible to place units from the top of the tree view list into zones in the bottom of the map since if you try to scroll the map down you end up going down the list of units as well as scrolling the map, losing focus and control over the unit you'd selected from the top of the list.
