I own the CMANO and bought the NI. I have played the first mission through the NI launcher and saw the into movie. However for some reason next times the NI launcher launched the CMANO version. I needed to restart the 2nd scenario, so I restarted from the Main Menu by selecting Scenarios -> NI and when I won the 2nd scenario the 3rd one was not started. When I start the 3rd scenario no movie is played. How can I fix that without replaying the 2nd scenario once again? Can I watch the movies separately?

From your post I think you need to select/play your scenario via Campaign menu rather than Scenarios -> NI

I remember somebody that provided a workaround for that. There should be a folder containing the videos located in the root CMANO folder. The video file name indicates when they have to be played.
