how can I find the old "Mods and Scenarios" threads ?

there should be many of them, as stated from the index page, but I'm unable to find them anywhere.. [&:][&:][&:]

You need to change the "Display topics from last" value from '365 days' to 'all topics' in the box on the right, just above the threads. That works for me.
