Anyone mind helping me with a graphics mod?

Hi everyone.
I could use some help making custom graphics for a Mons 1914 scenario I am designing for Tigers on The Hunt. Just some WW1 guys would be cool. I plan on making a bunch of WW1 related scenarios if I can.
Also would be cool to make the years earlier and be able to add custom weapons and tanks, is this possible? Also trying to see some french and japanese in here.
