I have come back to the game after a long break, is there anyway to download the old version of command ops?

Just open a tech support ticket or contact
http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links.
or give more information on it

I haven't bother to verify there is anything of Command ops on Matrix but you should know it is now being sopld through LocknLoad.
