I can move British ships?

Hi, I just purchased a copy of the game this morning, I was surprised to discover, that as the French player I can click on all the British fleets, and move them about the map, now that is very handy,if you plan to invade Britain! ( I assume this is a bug )[:D]

That's what happen's when your main interest is all things Naval! ( From Napoleonic - Present day )

Are you certain that you are not simply rearranging British fleets in their current sea zone? That does not constitute movement in the game.
I cannot reproduce this. Can you explain how you moved a British fleet from one sea zone to another? Can you please provide some details?
