[FIXED B805] Cavitation in 1.11

I'm not even sure this should be in tech support, but I noticed in RC1 that the "cavitate at x knots" from the speed window that was added in 1.10 was gone. Now, in 1.11 RC2, it seems that the "CAV" alerts on the map when ships were cavitating that's been in the game since forever are gone too. WAD?
