US entry markers

Hi,

I remember that US entry marker values do depend on the year. For instance, getting a 5 is more likely in 1939. However I'm not able to find any related section in RAC. Could someone point me out where it is explained?

Thanks,
Julien

Rules as coded, page 190. The big difference is MWiF uses an unlimited distribution as opposed to the boardgame's use of a finite distribution. In other words it is possible - although extremely unlikely - that the US could draw all fives or all zeroes in 1939.

For example, the chance of drawing a five in 1939 is always 40 out of 3017, no matter how many you've already drawn. In the boardgame it is one in thirty but cannot happen again in 1939, once it does happen (unless you manage to lose it back to the entry pool, of course).
