In this scenario i have 2 Panther that can't move without a reason. One have the main armament disabled.
The 2 counters are grayed but there is no message in the status window. When i try to move the message is "AFV have no point left to move"but the AFV have not moved and not fired. On the other side of the map an AFV and some squad don't execute the prep fire against a Hexagon (with Russian units) in los. There is no message simply when try to fire with the AFV the chosing armament is all white. The infantry don't fire.
Any explanation?

I don't know if it is a bug, but I had the same issue with the M3 MMG half-track after I changed the VCA in the Editor, while I was testing "Buchholz Station" before releasing it.

Every time I attempted to start the half-track, the "AFV have no point left to move" appeared. The AFV was NOT immobilized when attempting to start: in this case, I get a different message, something like "Immobilized AFV cannot move" [:)]. Maybe the halftrack was stalled, but it looks very unlikely to me, as it happened for several (4 or 5) turns in a row.

I only managed to solve the issue by deleting the AFV from the OOB in the Editor and then adding it again (removing it from the map and then placing it again had no effect at all).

The US M3 MMG half-truck was also a poor quality vehicle and susceptible to frequent breakdowns. I guess your vehicle got immobilized and couldn't move at all.

Some times, the half-track becomes immobilized when attempting to start, but in those cases, its entry in the bottom left box listing the units in the hex immediately becomes: M3 MMG ID:#xx <IMMOBILIZED>; the warning message I get if I try to move it is "AFV immobilized cannot move", not "AFV have no point left to move".

I do not remember if the half-track, like Acropora's Panthers, was also greyed out, or if the option was active: anyway, shouldn't the greyed counter indicate the unit has already spent all of its MP?

The only strange thing found is the AT gun. Also with AFV in LOS have not fired a defensife fire(when the crew was again alive).

Yes leaders can get Battlefield Promotions during the scenario, as well as worsen to a worse quality leader.

The AT Gun situation we will have to look into.
