What are the basic diferences between Wars of Napoleon and the older title - Napoleon's Campaigns? I've got NC, and I was curious as to whether there's a point buying the new one.

Hi

In a nutshell, the big difference is that in WoN you can play the full grand campaign starting in August or January 1805, until the bitter end, while in NC you have "only" separate and independent scenarios

There are other differences, in gameplay (diplomacy, decision cards), UI (EAW and CWII style), revised units, etc.

There are still some bugs in WoN but as usual the Phils are actively patching the game, the latest beta patch is from yesterday.

Regards

I'd hold off on WoN for now. It's still buggy.

I'd buy WoN. Has some bugs but still very playable and more fun than NC.

OK. I guess I'll get it then, at some point, no hurry; the idea of playing the whole campaign is really appealing...

I've already got TotH 30% off and my budget is rather shoestring at the moment... [:(]
