So in the game Jodl is a "Toadie", but Keitel is just a "simple" Nazi?

Yup. Keitel is "following orders". Jodl is doing that plus some MAJOR butt kissing. [:'(]

Sad but true, Jodl was a real butt-kisser. Never a word of disapproval, as far as I know.
