Duplicated Names

I have been having a skim through of the RN ships and quite a few are duplicated e.g. Kent, Active, Galloway, Pennines etc. Is this in hand to be fixed? Not a major bug but just sloppy.
I also note there is an HMS Warspite, but this is not correct as at 1805. Is this just an oversight or has there been no attempt at historical accuracy?
