hi several questions all jap player - how to get R&D in all citys? only get in tokyo/ yokahama/osaka as of oct 1942 in this game - when CS are turned in to be CVL does the air groups need to be turned in or can they be re assigned? what do the air groups look like for the converted BB/CV like ise ? what kind of aircraft do they or can they operate (which floatplanes) ? how does one get the road construction groups to build roads or don't they ??

Air groups on ships must stay on their ships. CS already have the airgroups they'll have as CVLs.

There are no BB to CV conversions.

Engineers build only ports and airfields.
