As Arnold, the legendary austrian human god said, "I'm back", and ready to kick somebodys ass. In the battlefield.
Since the new patch arrived, t's time to fight again.

So let's start with the details: house rules, er...
I believe the HQ bombing still must be prohibited, and no, or limited airbase bombing. And of course the tricky red airdrops are still banned.

So:

NoFOW
Locked HQ
random, or nonrandom weather (who cares)
no para airdrop at all
no HQ bombing, except if they are stacked with ground unit (infantry, panzer...)
no airfield bombing
max. 3 hex bomb (or 1-2 if the results are to harsh)

if you are novice and wish to be with german side, I'll agree with those rules
+1 soviet attack
severe winter

but if you are a Pelton like guy, forget it
