Treaty of Pressburg CTD

I'm running the 3/24/2016 public beta patch. I got a bad error on the Treaty of Pressburg decree. As France I lost about 5 or 6 corps that weren't properly displaced by the event, they were just plain lost.
I was wondering why the Austrian AI wasn't taking peace offers and discovered the Treaty of Pressburg decree. I activated as France but still didn't see peace coming even though I had captured Wien and most every city south and east of it. I decided to try playing Austria to see what it looked like and saw it also had a Treaty of Pressburg decree so I activated it to see if that would end the war. Going back to France I ran the next turn and found that indeed I got peace between France and Austria. It displaced Nappy with some corps at Wien to Passau and one corp at Linz also went there. However all of my corps south and east of Wien in places like Graz just plain disappeared.
Why were any units displaced when there's supposed to be a 24 turn right of passage for the victor to exit units from a fallen foe, why wasn't that invoked instead of displacing units? I'm really peeved that this event didn't work properly.
I have a brand new super-fast gaming computer with Windows 10. I still have my game on my SSD but it looks like I'll have to try putting it on my SATA drive instead like one poster mentioned on this forum. I even made sure to run the exe file in Windows 7 compatibility mode after frequent CTD's. That helped somewhat. I also checked to see that I'm running that exe file as the administrator after seeing an error message saying I needed to have that set, yet it already was.
I hope AGEOD gets it's act together and gets this game fixed pronto, once again it releases a very poorly tested game well before it should have been released.
This time I included the whole save section of three prior turn saves plus several of the log files to hope that AGEOD has enough info to fix this problem that should work already.
