I´ll try, to be clear. The issues happens when target are in your missiles range and the radar plane(dont know why) not detect!
the image show few milles distances between the aircrafts and (f18) it can´t see

From what I can see on the screenshot I assume you wanted the F-18 to attack the J-10, but instead of using Shift-F1 (manual attack) you used Ctrl-F1 (BOL attack). Try it with Shift-F1 again.

Yes, I just try but type attack (bol) the missiles not launch

The missiles you are trying to launch aren't BOL-capable, that is the reason why they don't launch.
