Every time I log in with my account, I get this error message:
"Get forum root failed. User name or password incorrect."

Anyone get this or know what it means? I thought maybe it was a firewall issue but is not.

You should contact support@slitherine.co.uk (or open a ticket here on Matrix). It sounds like you might have different (or a non-existent) slitherine account name?
