I have NOOOOOO idea.
IIRC, the first versions had some language support, but I can't remember what languages were available.

Unfortunately this game have not so popular that it was translated into Russian language. The game can provide the war until old age. And the game good encyclopedia. Words ".TXT" file with simple encoding. But Russian letters game doesn't understand.
