Are there any campaigns included in the original scenarios, or are campaigns all going to be made my players thru the editor? I've looked thru the scenario list for the original scenarios, but it doesn't appear any are campaigns, just one scenario each.

There are none that come with the game (campaigns are really just long scenarios) but there are a couple under development. > Campaign game
