Hello,

As I've mentioned on the 1.11 RC thread, the builds from B815 - B817 all produce the same problem for my machine when I open it (screenshot attached). I have uninstalled reinstalled CMANO several times to try and fix this problem. I was able to install B814, and it ran without issue.

I am running the Matrix version of the game, and my OS is a Windows 8.1.

Unlike the problem encountered in the "No map visible in 1.11" thread, I have installed 1.10 before installing these updates, and my GIS folder is full (3.59 GB). I have also deleted the Command.ini file to no effect.

Please keep this issue in mind for the new updates and let me know if you identify a cause for this problem.

B817 added a popup message if the map files are missing. Are you getting such a message on startup?

Hmm weird... do you have Remote Desktop and Skype?

Yes I have skype. My id is *****. For remote desktop I'm guessing teamviewer will do?

Okay could you please give B818 a go, and send me the Exception.log file from the Command/log folder after you have run the game?

I tried B18, and I'm getting the same problem. There's also a strange new problem that results: When I start up Command, the startup screen does not go away after the game opens up. (I am not running multiple instances). I've attached the exception log and a screenshot.

I have made some further checkpoints to help locate the codeline where things go belly-up. Will be included in B819. Would be great if you could re-run the sim then, to see what happens.

B819 is out with additional checks. Would be great is you could do another test and send me the log file.

I noticed the log still said '2016-04-20 8:57:50 PM -- B818' which could mean it didn't write to the file... Most likely the original INI config file has been overwritten. Could you start the sim, go to Game Options, check Log Debug Information To File, restart the game, and then send the log file?

This is very interesting... We're zeroing in on the little kritter, is just a handful codelines left now. Have made some further checkpoints in B820, would be great if you could repeat as soon as it is out [8D]
