For the Fuel Substitution event, one of the options "Refuse to Investigate" is listed as 75% chance of Good outcome, when it should be 75% chance of Bad outcome. As it cost 0PP I selected this option, somewhat surprised that a good outcome would cost nothing. Not particularly please when it turned out the Fuhrer was upset by my decision.

Had a look at this and it appears to be working as intended.

I am raising this matter directly with you because preliminary investigations by Generalstabsrichter Steglich of the Judiciary Korps keep coming across references to your headquarters as the source of the problem. I ask that you deal with the matter promptly and report back to me once it is resolved. Only decisive action will ensure that the matter isn't raised with the Führer.

The attached report from Jodl makes it clear that if you fail to take decisive action to resolve the matter then the Führer will be informed. The 'Refuse to Investigate' option is considered to be sweeping the matter under the carpet.

The 75% of a good outcome is also WAD as there is a 3 out 4 chance of your Chief of Staff's handicap being reduced (he'll be more efficient) if you choose to ignore the matter (he's happy that he's dodged a bullet and that you are willing to overlook his indiscretions). You'll still take a hit with your relationships with both Jodl and the Führer but this will happen regardless as you've been explicitly ordered by Jodl to sort it out ASAP and have conspicuously failed to do so.
