Hi,

I can't login to the server.
The password, username, and serial number is right, same as was years ago, but now, the server don't give me the access permission.
the error message says: "Login is not activated".

What I miss?

Is the matrix helpdesk an email or a Web site (it has been a couple of years for me).
Is there a guide to multiplayer anywhere?
Has it been converted to use the unified Slitherine account logins?
