Looks like the Finnish attack bug was not fixed in the latest patch. I just received a 5 PP penalty for unauthorized crossing of the border. It was the same circumstance as previously identified that caused it, namely attacking near the no-cross border, then moving into the border zone. I have the save if you need it.

Let us also know what the scenario version says in the DESC > CONGIF tab text box please.

In PBEM it might happen if the other player started the game he used an older version of the scenario.

I think you mean the text under the Barbarossa Challenge menu - it says SCN VERSION 21st MARCH '16 - Cameron + Vic,

I started the games with the latest patch installed (1.03p).
