[IMPROVEMENTS MADE B824] Gun Damage Problems B823

Hello,

I've been playing around with 1.11 RC22 (B823), and I've noticed that damage from guns has been drastically reduced compared to 1.10. I remember that in 1.10, an Iowa class was able to sink a Burke with 2 triple round impacts from its 406 mm gun. In B823, it took 12 triple round impacts. This seems to be a glitch. A Burke shouldn't be able to take 36 x 406 mm rounds. I've attached the test scenario with the message log.

We'll definitely check this out but you do understand our gun model in that near hits and explosive damage are possible? Not just a 1 or 0 hit.

Great! And yes, I do understand that near hits do damage but there really is a clear difference in the amount of gun damage for this update.
