I am using Win 64bit 8.1 on a Mac Book Pro, all other programs run ok (Command Modern Naval / Air Operations, Gary Grigsby's War in the West, Gary Grigsby's War in the East etc.)

I have with no visible text in the Scenario selection screen when using the program (the text is there but not visible).

Clicking on the blank screen will start a scenario.

The Public Beta Patch fixes this problem.

I'm not fully understanding - you say the text is there but not visible. If it is not visible how do you know it is there?

When I click blank screen a scenario loads.

And did the Beta fix it??? So whats the problem exactly. Include a screen shot....GP

How do I attach jpg files to message?

I use postimage.org to post images in the forum.

Are you playing a mod? Some scenarios in the mods don't have scenario summaries.

Create a post, then click on the EDIT button in the upper right of your post. At the bottom left you will have a button to add or not add a picture. Pick add picture to post. Then click upload file. Then select your picture and upload. After you add the picture click OK to post....GP

OK, different thought: WHERE are you installing AE? Can you paste in or type in the path to AE for us to look at?

For example, is it installed in "C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition"?

There is known to be trouble if it gets installed under either of the 'programs' areas ("Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)").
