1941-1945 GC Sudden Death

Random Weather
1941 Killer blizzard with no Russian 1:1 = 2:1 or mild winter with Russian 1:1 = 2:1
No bombing headquarters if no unit there.

All options are open for discussion.
Can play 2-4 turns a week.

I prefer Russian but will take either side. Russian 1:1 = 2:1. I loath the killer blizzard - even as Russian.
Prefer PBEM so I can more easily do an AAR.
