Start of '42 (first turn of 1942), VP situation, server game with Pitaman, how it is possible he has so many City VPs already? Is this WAD?
Game started under .08, now under .09 fyi.

It's OK, you're supposed to earn yours when you capture his later in the war.

But how does the math work? ET = Each Turn and EG = End of game right?
So for example he would have had to have held Leningrad for 1000 / 40 = 25 turns on turn 29? I didn't lose Lgrad until Turn 16ish.

ET are paid for every half turn (each side). This is common for all VP-based scenarios.

VPs were based on historical results and occupation times, obviously losing Leningrad gives Axis an advantage in terms of VP. Good that you kept Moscow. It can be argued of course that LG falls too easily in WitE, but maybe less so in 1.08.09.
On the other hand 4:1 VP ratio in losses favours the Soviets IMHO, I'd like to make it 3:1.
Sure, there is no absolute guarantee the points are 100% balanced. But what's important is that they allow a precise comparison (unlike regular campaign game). Later play with reversed sides and check who got best ratio as Axis.

Awesome, thanks morvael. I really like the scenario scoring in a campaign as it gives us both an incentive to fight on to the end.
