Hi, I got a noob question, but what's the difference between convert/upgrade/swap of ground elements?

Forum can be a bit confusing at times but you need to post this on the general forum not the AAR one. You will be much more likely to get a helpful answer
NB Many of the rest of us have got it wrong before including me.............
