Getting out of game

I can't seem to find a minimize or even end game button. The only way I've found is the CTR/ALT/DEL and stop the app.
Hi,
In game I have the usual buttons to minimize or exit located at the top right of my screen.
However, in the main menu, the buttons to start, cancel, etc are located at the bottom and are hidden by my taskbar. I had to place the "taskbar" on auto-hide to access them.
Not sure if you have the same issue. But I thought I'd post.
