game works full screen right from the start with the latest version added, no alteration to default apart from the ones shown, tested at 1920x1080 full screen

Does this work with the steam version - my Short cut (righ clinking on the short cut) looks slghtly different and has no Admin option under advanced...........hmmm.

PON on Win10 and Steam has been incredibly stable for me. I've been playing it quite a bit through both my iPAD and Samsung TAB A devices.

It is an amazing program. Wish the font size was a little bigger

Yep - PON is more of a hobby than a game 
Definitely my all time favorite grand strategy game - nothing else comes close.
Default font size is a killer ... so before running PON, I just change my desktop resolution down to 1366 x 768 and connect in via Steamlink to play on my Samsung TAB A device.
Works nicely.
