easiest way around all this is to disable the default AV while loading, as it's a false / positive anyway
game works full screen right from the start with the latest version added, no alteration to default apart from the ones shown, tested at 1920x1080 full screen, alt tab works in and out of game, tested fully working in windows 10 home and pro...
