I was really pleased to see how he went about completing this Scenario, since I have never been
able to gain a victory in this Scenario in approximately 10 attempts. This Scenario has been insanely
difficult for me.

I noticed in his video, that the Iraqi Side has Mirage aircraft available. In the Scenario that
that I have been playing, there are no Mirage aircraft listed or available. I am playing the latest
released version of CMANO/NI 1.11 Final Build 825.

Has the Khark Island Scenario been updated? Is there a new version available somewhere?

hmmm, I don't know, my scenario from 1.11 update contains 3 available Mirages

Thanks for checking your scenario. That is strange that my scenario does not have the Mirages.

Do you have a date associated with your Khark Island scenario?

Checked my scenario same thing, no Mirages either. Database build 440 being used. Where are the Mirages?

Scenario date is 21.04.2016 08:39, database B443

Using v1.11 825 is it possible that the stand alone scenarios didn't update? If so do I need to reinstall the latest version again?

I also have DB 440 which is in use with the latest official 1.11 patch.

Mikkey, how did you get the DB 443 version?

Probably you got the first version of v1.11 installer, which scenarios installed in to the wrong folder (the original scenarios have not been updated) - details and modified v1.11 installer are here -> Scen not loading after v1.11 update - READ HERE

I installed the updated 1.11 installer from the link you provided. This fixed the issue and my scenarios and database are updated. I also deleted the Shared Content folder from my root directory, since it is redundant.

Although I got a triumph in my first try, I agree this scenario is hard. The Air battle part is challenge,but with proper tactics, you can win the air battle, ( I shoot down all the Iranian fighters with 0 loss). The ground strike phase is extremely difficulty to the player. Iranian SAM sites are murderous, especially the I-Hawk. For all the 9 SU-22, I lost 7 when breaking through, I was a little lucky, 2 get through, dropped bomb on the oil tank before been shot down, 3 to 4 destroyed oil tank give me enough score to triumph.

If I got a chance to try this scenario a second time, I would send my fighters into the SAM defense first. Hopefully the Mig-23's excellent accelerate can make it survive.
