The laptop I used for CMANO finally met it's end. To continue enjoying this wonderful game I crossdecked the game over to a new laptop via thumb drive. Now I'm told I lack a license. Any help?

Try to install it and your licensing problem should be resolved.

I'm not sure if the issue stems from my copy being a Matrix download w/purchase. The uninstaller is present, but an installer seems to be lacking.

try to download original installer plus updates on matrixgames website, I think that copy - paste is not a viable option for this game if you want to migrate it to a new computer.

Or you can convert your key and install this game on steam.

The installer needs to update the window's registry

I opened a support ticket with Slitherine. Hopefully they can provide a link for a fresh download.
