Game Manual

I don't know if this qualifies as a Tech Support question or not so, I'll ask here. In the game folder for the installed game in the Documents folder there is a PDF file labelled "Game Manual". However when I click on it I get a Matrix Games catalog. Will this be corrected?

Look for a folder named "Manuals" in the game folder.

That, I still have. In fact I think I may still have my second copy of the rule book laying around somewhere.
