Can this coupon be used with another Matrix coupon I have?

No sorry you can only use a single coupon when purchasing.

Can a "coupon" be used together with a "discount"? ie...purchasing the MWiF Map Pack gives you a 25% "discount" on the purchase of MWiF the game. Can I purchase the Map Pack ($99) and then purchase MWiF ($99-$25 discount-$30 coupon = $44) for a grand total of $143?

As long as the discount doesn't require you to enter another coupon it will work. The system can only accept one coupon per purchase.

Besides you can always test during the checkout if the coupon and any discounts are accepted. The coupon will only loose its validity after you have finished placing the order (after inserting the credit card details).

Ok, so I bought both products as the discount AND coupon worked! Total amount was $174.98 after a $30 USPS shipping charge.
