How do you place them in the game? Any AI abality?

3 of them have AI ability. Once you download and install DCCP you run the game and on the main menu you pick import zip file and go to where the downloaded scenarios are and highlight the zip file[not the folder]. Once imported you go to main menu and and pick load scenario and in the window that comes up your scenarios should be available to select.
