I'm playing as the Italians-Germans and had lots of fun early in the scenario with the fall of Tobruk and the chase that ensues. However, by the time I approach El Alamein my forces are out of supply and there are no supply sources present on the map. How do I get supply?

I had heard that there's a supply problem in the
CNA scenario too. I'm guessing that you've run into THE supply problem
mentioned. I think it's a supply point that needs to be boosted or something. Or maybe more supply points need to be added.
You might want to fire up the
TOAW editor and add some supply points yourself, although that won't help your current game.
Sorry about that.
EDIT: I've run some tests with CNA using TOAW IV and I've run into no supply problems yet. Thought you might want
to know.

Thanks for posting. By the time my forces get to El Alamein they are so weak I have no hope of winning because the British are too strong and they have constant reinforcements arriving from Alexandria.
OK, so my units are at 80% supply (on average). Then how come they are red (poor health) and they are not improving even when left to rest a few turns? What can I do to restore their strength?

The furthest east Axis Supply Point is at Bardia and the supply radius is 3, so things will get very bad quickly once you leave Libya. Similar to Rommel's situation, eh ?
If your units are in the red but have 80% supply, then they must be either very low on readiness or deficient in equipment. To be restored they must move back to Bardia.
The point of that scenario may be that if you are quicker than Rommel, then you may reach Alamein before the British can build a line there, otherwise you may as well stay close to Bardia.
If you are a new player, you may want to watch a video on Supply:

Thank you. I guess I need to increase my level of education in this terrific game.
