Afternoon all
Just applied 3.10 patch to my Gold install, lost my AI and HotSeat games.
What's up?

does the game still work? as it seems to be a incorrect patch install, game patch updates don't normally touch save game folders

Seems to be working fine.

but games files / saves are missing?, does it says it save compatible in the updated readme file? as i'm not a full staff forum mod so don't have full access to game data either i'm sorry to say

The files are physically missing (using Windows Explorer) and no files are listed when using Load Game.

just looked and checked though all the tech support pages here and nobody else has mentioned it so it's a new one and a first i'm sorry to say, no backup then it seems?

not a lot i can do about old save i'm sorry to say, once gone there gone for good, but BPEM would still be on the server.

are you sure there not there? as in they are but new version can't see or use then as it may not be old save compatible, just guessing as i'm not a forum staff mod just a volunteer, but as it's not been mentioned by others, it's either a wrong patch, a different version or install error to alter / delete saves etc, but to leave the game working it's not right either i'm sorry to say, i can pass you on to staff support, but not sure they will be able to suggest anything either

Found them. Seems the update creates a folder named "..3.10" and puts the files in there, alongside my "..3.00" folders. Now they're visible. Thanks for the response.
