Hello, I would suggest posting your rules and expectations on Slitherine boards ( more eyes on it) Then just start a recruitment drive and get it going. Easy to use the private message boards there and as you will see, many campaings have easily been run in the forums there (P&S, FOG). I generally think that more people might be tempted to join something like this if they have public acknowlegement others are also interested ( ie via people posting in said forums) Using the forums and the PM boards is a lot easier than email...
