Detailed Ordnance/AFV List

I am working - for my reference and subsequent release as a play aid - on a detailed Ordnance/AFV list. I'm wondering, however, if I am wasting my time: is there already some way to have more accurate information about the capabilities of the various units than what is listed in the tables, other than placing pieces in a small test scenario and measuring them?

By way of example, it would be nice to know:
- the movement allowance of vehicles (this is not a great issue: it can be easily verified);
- which vehicles are affected by mechanical unreliability: I have identified some quite easily, but sometimes the mechanical reliability check - and its outcome - are easily visible, sometimes they are not;
- the availability (period and depletion number) of special ammo: the availability of APCR or HEAT ammo can be very important to decide tactics in an AFV engagement, but knowing that some vehicles (e.g. the JPz IV) have limited HE before you remain without ammo in a village full of enemy infantry would also be useful (as I can witness [;)])
- which pieces of ordnance can be manhandled (as far as I have been able to ascertain, all mortars and AT/INF/ART guns <=76mm.

Is this information available somewhere?

P.S. During my tests, I discovered a couple minor errors about Russian tanks:
T-26s (both M33 and M38) cannot fire their MA and CMG when CE, even though the rulebook does not indicate this.
T-40s (both M40 and M42) cannot fire their CMG when CE; the 20mm gun does not fire, but no warning appears.

Another couple issues about AFVs and special ammo:
- the U.S. M36 has no APCR ammo, unlike the other U.S. 90mm-armed AFVs (M26, M36B1). This looks quite strange :bho:
- British U.S. built AFVs armed with the 105 mm howitzer have no HEAT capability, while 76mm-armed AFVs (Sherman IIA, Wolverine) have APCR. Is this correct?
