Move it to the lowest priority in Modifications and see if that kicks it in. I'm guessing it's conflicting with the Grog Toolbar, I'll have that resolved soon.

Unzipped size should be 115 MB, please check that. I'm guessing you're seeing it in Modifications and you're sure it's enabled, checked. Other than the priority position that's all I have.
Duh, just remembered, mods don't work with stock scenarios, bet that's it. I'll post a disclaimer, thanks.

Yeah that wouldve helped. I generally only play stock xD
