Changing Production Cost

Inside the editor, on "Item" tab, I can see, e.g., the Supply unit. It lists here that the production cost for this is 3. How can I change this value? There doesn't appear to be an option here. Did I miss it in another tab?
I found that you can change the cost per supply in Settings, but that's only for calculating upgrade costs. I'm sure it's right under my nose!

I loved your youtube series. Please do one when you have the editor down.
My own knowledge is trial and error and many here are way better at this and
I try to learn from them. A world of options opens up when you disable the
master file (let me check for actual name). This is in settings. The master
locks you out of various choices as they form a framework. Putting one
master over another is possible but will frequently break the game you are building.
I do the disable or change late in my fiddlings because they overwrite stuff.
You can play without one if your edits haven't broken the game.
edit...Yup MASTERFILE in "settings" w/blue arrow on mine.
When MASTERFILE is disabled in settings supply usage by units can be changed
in SFT's statistics 1 sub category. This alters the "cost" of a supply unit
by what it does for whom and is tedious but the only way I know that
works, right now. Somebody else must know an easier, softer way
if there is one.

Brilliant, it worked! So my new method of editing stuff will be:
1. Change everything I can with masterfile enabled
2. Turn off masterfile for final editing (of, e.g., production values)
Hopefully that will keep the game from breaking. Thanks Dan, and yeah I'm going to be doing a tutorial series on this game. I hope that can boost interest [:)]

Be careful because I do not know the rules. Like I said a whole
bunch of interesting options appear when the master is removed.
I cannot list them all but look for yourself and so many things
can be changed you can break the functionality of the game itself.
You can alter so many things! This is my favourite game and I am a
retired technical type with long ago military time and over 1000 computer
games. I have spent more time in this game than any other. It is in
my imagination the most flexible game I can find. Gary Childress
(the name he uses here) is also fairly active around here.
Sadly for me the greatest modders do not come around enough to answer all
my bazillion questions.
Have fun. For me it is a time sink like no other except beer and GF.
