I am playing as the Germans against the AI. I cant seem to toggle the victory locations????????????

I have taken control of Leningrad, Moscow, Stalingrad, and all of the Caucasus - I still have only 256 VP's - just 14 short of total victory.

Where are they????????????

You basically need to get as far as the Volga river along most of its length to win.

In campaign every city is worth 1vp, light urban 3, and heavy urban 5.
