Where is fuel type found in a Mod

I am trying to figure out why Zeppelin has no fuel in GD1900 mod from Bombur.

I do not know TT but my first impulse would be to quickly compare horses to trucks
in the editor and find the difference?

I found zeppelins in the editor and it lists fuel sources as regime slot 5 where the hell is that?

Look in Items, Reg and SFT. Every unit has a listing in at least two of them.
