What do you guys feel are the must-do leader assignments that an Axis player should use AP for in the early game?

OKH leader to one with Morale 9
Panzer Corps leaders with average score below 6.0
Infantry Corps leaders with average score below 5.5

on the very first move the leader must and i mean must Get up from the computer chair stand on one leg hop around the room rubbing his belly with one hand, with the other hand, pat the top of his top his head singing the Mickey mouse theme song . with all this done . I mean ALL this done! Oh do it in front of your wife and children. you may just>>> not only win the war but,,,, not wind up getting a divorce,,,not losing your job !! having to file bankruptcy !! or spend 6 a month stay in a padded room .

is that correct for panzer leaders, I would have thought 7.

I think he means replace Corps leaders if their average score is 6.0/5.5 or below.

Spending APs:

First I change leader at OKH.
Then I fix combat unit assignments to cure "overstacks" and unmix infantry from panzers/mot.
Then I change worst corps leaders (panzers first).
Then I equalize support units assignment to have similar amount in every corps (more in panzer).
Then I change medicore corps leaders (panzer first).
Then I change worst army leaders.

Later you can try to use only 7.0 panzer leaders (though there is one 6.5 leader that has mech rating of the highest order, so he must be forgiven his other lower stats), but that will require promotions and more AP and risk of losing skill points (or waiting quite long).
